Custom Order Payment Policy

At Cefora’s Parties, we love creating custom, handmade items designed just for you. To ensure clarity, please review our custom order payment terms below:

1. Deposits

  • All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of approval.
  • Work will not begin until the deposit is received.
  • Deposits secure your spot in our schedule and cover the time and materials needed to start your project.

2. Proofs & Approval

  • A digital proof/mockup will be provided before final production.
  • Customers must provide written approval before moving forward.
  • Any changes requested after approval may incur additional fees.

3. Final Balance 

  • The remaining balance is due before production begins.
  • Once your proof is approved, we will send you a secure Shopify invoice with a checkout link for final payment.
  • Payment must be made in full for production and shipping to proceed.

4. Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable as they cover design time and materials ordered.
  • Once an order has been approved and moved into production, no refunds or cancellations are accepted.
  • Any design files, drafts, or proofs created remain the property of Cefora’s Parties and cannot be used elsewhere.

5. Payment Methods 

  • We accept payments through Shopify Checkout (credit/debit, PayPal, etc.).

6. Shipping & Turnaround 

  • Custom orders require 7-14 business days for processing (after proof approval & payment).
  • Shipping time is 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Do you make custom designs?


Yes! Share your theme, colors, name/age, and any inspo photos when you order.

Do you take rush orders?


Usually yes—message us with your date and we’ll confirm availability and any rush fee.

Do you offer local pickup?


Not at this time, no local pickup is available.

What’s your return/exchange policy?

Custom items are final sale. Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
