    You’ll review and request edits (1–2 rounds).

  • Step 3. Approve & Payment

    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before we begin work.

  • Step 4. We Create & Ship

    Production and shipping begin after final payment and approval.

What to Include in Your Request

  • Theme & Colors: (e.g., mermaid in blush pink + lilac)
  • Personalization: name(s), age, wording
  • Event Date & Deadline: needed by (mm/dd)
  • Quantities: how many of each item
  • Files (optional): logo or photo (PNG/JPG). If you can’t upload, email them to support@ceforasparties.com with your name & order.

Turnaround, Revisions & Rush

Turnaround

Design proofs: 1–2 business days. Production after approval: typically 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by carrier.

Revisions

Includes up to 2 minor revision rounds. Additional rounds may incur a small fee.

Rush Orders

Need it fast? We’ll try! Rush design/production fees may apply—tell us your deadline.

Pricing Guidance

Pricing depends on quantity, materials, and complexity. We’ll confirm a quote after reviewing your details. Ask about bundle pricing for matching sets.

Custom Order Payment Policy

  1. Deposit Required – A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before we begin work.
  2. Approval – We’ll send a proof for your approval. Production begins once you confirm.
  3. Final Payment – The remaining 50% is due before your order is shipped or delivered.
  4. Cancellations – Deposits are non-refundable. If canceled after proof approval, additional costs may apply.
  5. Payment Methods – Payments are accepted through Shopify Checkout (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Proof Approval & Timelines

How long do I have to approve my proof?

You’ll receive your custom proof by email. To keep your order on schedule, we require that all proofs be approved (or revision requests submitted) within 7 business days of delivery.
If we don’t hear back within that time:
Your order will be placed on hold and considered closed.
Deposits are non-refundable once design work has begun.
You are welcome to re-open your order later, but it may require a new deposit and updated timeline.

How do payments work for custom orders?

For custom designs, we require a 50% deposit before we begin creating your proof. The remaining balance is due once your proof has been approved and before production begins.

How many revisions are included?

Each order includes up to 2 complimentary proof revisions. Additional revisions may require a design fee.
