Do points expire?

Points expire after 12 months of no account activity (no orders, referrals, or redemptions).

What if I return an item?

Points earned on that order are deducted from your balance. If you used a reward, it isn’t restored once a return is processed.

  • Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • Points/rewards exclude tax, shipping, and gift cards.
  • Points are granted when orders ship (not at checkout).
  • Returns/cancellations may reduce your points balance.
