Shipping & Returns

We want your order to arrive party-ready and on time. Here’s how shipping and returns work at Cefora’s Parties.

  • Processing Time

    Most orders ship within 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
    Custom & personalized items may require extra time; any extended timeline will be noted on the product page or in your proof email.

  • Rates & Methods

    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.
    U.S. Standard: typically, 3–7 business days after processing.
    International: typically, 7–21 business days after processing (varies by country and customs). Buyers are responsible for duties, VAT, and import fees.

  • Tracking & Updates

    You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships.
    Orders may ship in multiple packages. Tracking updates for international shipments can be limited after arrival in the destination country.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Need to update your address? Email us ASAP at support@ceforasparties.com. We can’t modify an address once a label is created.
If a package is marked delivered but not found: check with household members/neighbors and your local post office. If still missing after 2 business days, contact us with your order number. More details: Shipping Policy

Returns & Refunds

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom/personalized products (final sale once production begins)
Digital downloads (e.g., invitations, printables)
Items marked Final Sale

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@ceforasparties.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund once reviewed.

We replace items only if they’re defective, damaged, or incorrect. For other changes (size/color), please place a new order once your return is approved.

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect. Use a trackable method.

Non-custom items: possible before the order ships.
Custom/personalized items: not cancelable after production starts or once a digital file is delivered. Full details: Returns & Refunds Policy
