How do I place a custom order?
Start here: /pages/custom-order. Share your theme, colors, name/age, and event date. Prefer email? Write us at support@ceforasparties.com.
Do I get a proof/mockup?
Yes! You’ll receive a digital proof within 24–48 business hours (Mon–Fri). Includes 1–2 rounds of revisions before production.
What’s your processing time?
Most orders process in 2–5 business days. Large/complex custom sets may take longer, we’ll confirm your timeline up front.
Do you take rush orders?
Often! Email support@ceforasparties.com with your event date and the item link. We’ll confirm availability and any rush fee.

Can I cancel my order?
For non-custom items, cancellations are usually possible before shipping. Once a custom item enters production or a digital file is delivered, cancellations aren’t possible.
Digital Invitations & Printables
How do I receive my digital files?
A download link is sent to your email after purchase. Didn’t see it? Check spam or contact us.
Are the files editable?
If a listing says “editable,” it includes instructions. Otherwise, files arrive ready to print/share.
What file types do you provide?
Typically PDF/PNG/JPG (see each product). Need a different format? Ask, we’ll try to help.
Where should I print?
Print at home on cardstock, a local print shop, or an online printer. Use 100% scale with high quality settings.
Shipping (U.S. & International)
Do you ship within the U.S.?
Yes. Standard U.S. delivery is typically 3–7 business days after processing. You’ll receive tracking via email. Details: /policies/shipping-policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Typical delivery is 7–21 business days after processing (varies by country and customs). Buyers are responsible for duties/VAT/import fees. Tracking updates may be limited once the package enters your country. More info: /policies/shipping-policy.
My package is delayed or shows delivered but isn’t here?
Check with household members/neighbors and your local post office. If still missing after 2 business days, email us with your order number.
Returns, Exchanges & Issues
What’s your return policy?
Eligible (non-custom) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused condition. Custom/personalized items are final sale once production begins, except for damage/defects or our error. Full policy: /policies/refund-policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email support@ceforasparties.com within 7 days of delivery with photos + your order number. We’ll replace or refund if we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged.
Product Details & Care
Will colors match exactly what I see on screen?
Slight variations can occur due to screens and printers, but we design for a close match.
How do I care for apparel?
Wash cold, inside-out; gentle cycle; hang dry or tumble low. Don’t iron directly on designs.
How do I choose a size?
See the size chart on each listing. Still unsure? Message us, we’re happy to help.
Store-Specific
Can you match my party theme and colors?
Yes! Share inspo photos or hex codes and we’ll match as closely as possible.
Can you coordinate a full set (invites, banner, toppers, shirts)?

I approved a proof but spotted a typo, help!
If production hasn’t started, we’ll fix it. If it has, we can reprint at a reduced cost. Email us ASAP.
Do you offer gift messages or gift wrap?
Yes—leave your message at checkout. Gift-ready packaging is available on select items; ask if you need something special.

What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards via Shopify Payments and PayPal. Sales tax is applied where required by law.
Custom Orders
Can I cancel a custom order?
Custom orders are created especially for you, which means they involve design time and personalized work.
- Deposits are non-refundable once design work has begun.
- If you choose to cancel after receiving your proof, the balance will not be charged, but your deposit will be retained.
- Any design files, drafts, or proofs created remain the property of Cefora’s Parties and cannot be used elsewhere.
- Orders cannot be refunded once production has started.
We always encourage you to share feedback during the proof stage — most customers are able to fine-tune their design within the included 2 revision rounds.
How long do I have to approve my proof?
You’ll receive your custom proof by email. To keep your order on schedule, we require that all proofs be approved (or revision requests submitted) within 7 business days of delivery. If we don’t hear back within that time:
- Your order will be placed on hold and considered closed.
- Deposits are non-refundable once design work has begun.
- You are welcome to re-open your order later, but it may require a new deposit and updated timeline.
How do payments work for custom orders?
For custom designs, we require a 50% deposit before we begin creating your proof. The remaining balance is due once your proof has been approved and before production begins.
How many revisions are included?
Each order includes up to 2 complimentary proof revisions. Additional revisions may require a design fee.
